Amazon plans to acquire UberEats India Business

 
Amazon is planning to enter Online Food Delivery Business in India and they are going to acquire UberEats a food delivery service sector, launched by Uber Technologies in 2017.

There are many Online Food Delivery sectors like Swiggy, Zomato and Foodpanda, which are big players currently in Food delivery sectors in India and its growing rapidly day by day.

Amazon may going to launch its new business in the month of September and there no official confirmation from both Amazon & UberEats regarding the acquisition.
